Yakima OutPost HD Overland Truck Bed Rack Installation - 2022 Ford Maverick- Video
Hi everyone. Aiden here at eTrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima Outpost HD truck bed rack and seeing how it installs on our 2022 Ford Maverick. This is going to be a mid height rack with a fixed mounting point. So it's a fixed height, no adjusting it but it's gonna make it a really nice height for something like a rooftop tent, maybe a basket or a platform because it sits just below the cab, so not too tall. We're not adding a lot of height to our vehicle but it still does sit elevated from the truck bed. more

Hi everyone, Aiden here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install this Yakima BedRock HD Truck Rack System on our 2022 Ford Maverick. So this is gonna be a pretty unique system. It's a good way to get some extra storage up above your truck bed, especially if you don't wanna mess with something like a ladder rack. Ladder racks are generally more expensive but also just a lot taller and especially if you don't get an adjustable ladder rack everything's gonna be pretty much designed for a mid-size or a full size pickup and it's maybe gonna look a little goofy on the Maverick and b, a little bit too tall for most accessories. Something like this gets it down really low and really manageable so if you've got something like a bike rack or a basket here for some extra storage, it's gonna be easy to reach and set up. more

Hi, everyone, Aidan here at the trailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima OverHaul Adjustable Ladder Rack System and seeing how it fits on our 2022 Ford Maverick. Now, overall, a ladder rack itself is going to be a very functional thing to add to your truck, especially on something that's a Maverick. You've got a much smaller bed space here, so any way you can carry some extra stuff with you is gonna be very helpful. Now, if you're not gonna go in the bed or in the vehicle, the next best place is to move on up, whether that be a roof rack or a ladder rack. Now if you're looking at roof-mounted accessories, something like a kayak carrier, maybe a tent, you're gonna have a lot more options when it comes to a ladder rack because with it you're gonna get a boosted weight capacity compared to a roof rack. more

Hi everyone, Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at this Flint Hill Goods aluminum ladder rack and showing you how to install it on a 2022 Ford Maverick. Now, the Ford Maverick has a pretty short bed and that can be really nice for day-to-day driving when we're not using our truck for truck things, fitting in the parking spots and driving around. But if we ever want to carry anything that's longer than this 4 1/2 foot bed space, it can be really limiting. For anything like lumber, ladders, or maybe on the sports and rec side, we've got some kayaks. Having a way to carry those with our Maverick would be really great. more
